TAM Signs Contract for the Master Development Plan for the Official Site of Philippine Space Agency

signed the contract for the Comprehensive and Sustainable Master Development Plan for the 30-hectare Official Site of the
Philippine Space Agency in Clark Special Economic Zone (CSEZ) on 25 April 2022. The project is a joint venture among three firms, namely, T.A.M. Planners Co., PhilKoei Int’l, Inc., and Nippon Koei, LTD.
The contract signing was held at the Joy Nostalg Hotel & Suites Manila in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. Through the Philippine Space Act, or RA 11363, enacted in August 2019, under Section 17, the official site of PhilSA shall be located at CSEZ in the provinces of Pampanga and Tarlac. The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), the administrator of CSEZ, has identified two properties inside the New Clark City (NCC) that will be assigned to PhilSA. The two properties are situated within the National Government Administrative Center (NGAC), the Civic Center of NCC and, at the Clark Science City District, respectively.
This project includes the design and planning for new offices, meeting and assembly spaces, research and testing laboratories, and other structures and settings necessary for the growing manpower and operation of the country’s space agency.
