Founded in 1996, the partners and key technical staff carry with them many years of professional experience in urban and regional planning, tourism planning, real estate services, comprehensive land & water use planning and zoning, architectural and engineering design, and allied architectural services, namely, space planning, interior design, landscape architecture, project management, land and property development consulting, and housing.

As a multi-disciplinary group of professionals, we are committed to the rational development of the urban setting and the built environment.
