Mike’s various planning involvements in the past 36 years include work with both local and foreign consulting groups in public/ private sector projects. Most notable among the local projects are Tourism Master Plan for the Philippines (DOT) and city plans for various cities. His international projects include Tourism Master Plans in China and India for the UNWTO and an aerotropolis plan in Bangladesh. He was awarded the Professional Regulation Commission's Outstanding Professional of the Year in 2014 in the field of Environmental Planning. Mike has also been a faculty member of the University of the Philippines College of Architecture since 1986.

Boie has worked with both local and foreign consulting groups in public/ private sector projects for the last 39 years. Most notable among these were the the LRT-1 and the LRT network, the conversion of Clark Air Force Base Proper, the Cagayan Special Economic Zone and Freeport (CSEZF), about 2,700.0 has. of proposed land reclamation projects within Manila Bay, the Comprehensive Land & Water Use Plan (CLWUP) for Pasay City, zoning ordinances (ZOs) for Metro Manila LGUs, and a host of other land and property development projects. He was the recipient of the Professional Regulation Commission's Outstanding Professional of the Year in 2018 in the field of Environmental Planning.

Oscar F. Molina

Oca is a Consultant for various local and foreign planning firms, with which he has been connected since 1983. His various planning involvements in the past 34 years include work with both local and foreign consulting groups in public/ private sector projects. Most notable among these are the Imam University in Riyadh in the KSA, the Comprehensive Development Plan for the City of Antipolo, the Government Center of Calapan, major landfill projects and several land and property development projects. His more recent projects were as Team Leader for the Infrastructure Master Plan of Vigan and the Updating of the Master Plan of New Clark City.
