Services Provided

TAM Planners performed baseline investigation of the existing PN base in Cavite City. Space programming provided the basis for identifying land supply and land demand. GIS as an analytical and mapping tool was utilized to develop existing land use maps, conceptual land use maps and the final master development plan. Prepared sectoral plans (e.g, transportation plan, financial plan, infrastructure plan) to support the overall development strategy/ option recommended by the planning team.

3D sketches and video presentation was developed to augment the MDP.
